I love the necklace! I had my sons names and birthdays engraved on the back, which was perfectly done. I also want to mention the excellent customer service whom promptly called me when there was a problem with the order. A beautiful keepsake, which I will be sharing with all my friends and family!

It is wonderful but it does not wear well on my senior neck, (too many wrinkles), so I am giving as a gift to my 22 year old granddaughter.

The families are Forever Necklaces were for family gifts. They deserved five stars but your delivery and live help deserves zero. The necklaces were beautifully engraved but it was difficult to decide upon the font type because your website does not provide samples of each font. By the time your help desk got back to me and the necklace was delivered, it was passed the birthday of the persons they were meant for. I tried to order 3 weeks in advance. The two birthday ladies live in Sandy Utah and West Valley City Utah. Your Live help has never been available on the hours your store is open.

The necklas is nice and the wife likes it but when it came in the chain was broken. Luckly she had another chain.

Got this for my daughter who has my only grandchildren. Customized with their names! Loved it so much that I got one for myself!
