<p>Shipping was delayed by over two months due to COVID-19 (apparently they ship from China) - I do not fault them for that. However, their lack of communication was unprofessional. They sent an initial e-mail within a week of my order informing me there was a delay, but did not include any additional details. TWO MONTHS later, I finally contacted them because I still hadn't heard anything, although I had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED for the item back when I first ordered. They responded quickly to let me know that they happen to have a shipment coming in the following day. When my item finally arrived, the box and the styrofoam that protected my Christus statue contained holes, deep gouges, and one corner of the box was smashed in. I would have included more photos to show the extent of the damage, but there's only an option to add one photo. It's a miracle our statue was in one piece, but there's no way we'll be able to store it securely in that box. Unfortunately, I would recommend ordering elsewhere.</p><p><b>Response: </b>So sorry about that! We would be happy to replace this for you if you would like.
