I love the Silver Oil Vial I purchase from LDS Book Store. Every Dad in my ward who received one love it.

I thought it should be known that when I unscrewed the lid the inside of my oil vial was filthy. It went through 5 Qtips trying to get it clean. Will someone please correct this quality control issue? These oil vials are meant for sacred blessings and it is disgusting to think about the filth that was in my vial.
