I have purchased four of these over the past few months for my ward. While the design and materials are nice, the quality has been a mixed bag. Of the four, one came with the incorrect scripture; and one had the metal plates fall off after a couple of months. The plates are attached with a double-sided tape, and for some reason they didn't stay attached. I had to use some super glue to reattach the plates. The plates on the other three are holding OK (for now).

Response: Thanks for the feedback, Robert. Up until about June 2019, we were using a generic adhesive tape to stick the metal plates to the wood plaques. We noticed the same issue you have had, happen with other plaques. Since that time, we have switched to a brand name adhesive tape which we believe (and hope) has resolved the issue. In any case you have plaques you aren't satisfied with, please let us know and we're happy to replace the metal plates or the entire plaques. We appreciate your business!
