Scholarship Application

Please fill out the application below. All fields are required for submission. 

Application Deadline: June 14, 2015

Essay Part I - Tell us about an experience where your membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had an effect on your school, social life, job, etc.

Essay Part II - Elaborate on ONE of the following questions:

    • What unique contributions do you make/plan to make on your campus community as an LDS student?
    • How can you use social media to be a positive example of your faith and beliefs?

Finalists will be voted on by the general public via our website, so please email a photo to scholarship@ldsbookstore.com.
