Received order quickly and exactly as ordered! Perfect!
We loved how this turned out. Our only complaint was that we had paid the extra fee to have a picture included but received the plaque without the photo.
Exactly as expected
4 stars
Was very fast so we was very please!
You all did a great job! Thank you!!
Due to international shipping, it took me a while, but the product looks good as expected.
The plaque looked great. Everything was added just like we had on the request form. I will look great next to the current plaques of the Missionaries from our Ward.
These plaques are great, They are a wonderful gift for the returned missionaries. In addition, they can be displayed at church, during the mission, to remind the members that a member of their ward is in the mission field,, with the information about the mission.
Wonderful. I just wish I had known the photo was an odd size, I would have ordered it at the same time.
I love ordering missionary plaques from the LDS Bookstore. I especially love getting $5 off my next order when I leave a review.
Very beautifully done. Very pleased with the design and construction.
I ordered two missionary plaques for previous missionaries who hadn't ever received one from their wards. They were both in Spanish, which I don't speak. The people at the store answered all my questions about ordering in Spanish, and when they were ready, these two missionaries were ecstatic! All the wording was correct, and they turned out perfectly. Plus these were very reasonable compared to other places who do missionary plaques. I recomment ldsbookstore 100%.
The name plate slid around either because the glue was too weak or because too little glue was used. Also, the stake/ward/state didn't quite fit on the engraved plate and therefore ran right up against the far right edge. Recommend reaching out to customer for guidance on shortening the words. Other than that everything looked great.
I ordered the gold trim for my sister in law and got a message for the bookstore saying they could not do the gold due to it being out of stock. They said they could do the silver trim or postpone the order to wait and worked with me to do the silver trim! They were amazing and made sure it still got to me the day before our missionary flew in! Perfect Timing even with the small hiccup and she absolutely LOVES it!
I’ve ordered several of these and they are perfect every time and all the info on them is correct! Thank you
Absolutely love how the missionary plaque turned out. Everything is exactly how we wanted it to be on there, very high quality, a great keepsake to give to the missionary when the come home!
I have ordered about a dozen of these missionary plaques for our ward. Every one has come in perfect condition with all the correct engravings.
The plaque is amazing , but after I received an email stating the product had been shipped, it took quite awhile to receive it.
I was very satisfied with the Missionary Plaque product that I ordered. Thank you very much for the professional product. It will hang proudly in our Missionary-in-the-Field display case.
Very nice. Fast and efficient
I ordered a missionary plaque for a missionary that was returning, and the previous plaque was damaged, they got it done and shipped it to me within a few days, I was truly amazed by the quality of the plaque and how fast it was made and sent to me, I have a few missionaries leaving from my ward soon and I will definitely use LDS Bookstore for my missionary needs.

Took over a month to deliver. I called several times and they never would have known unless I did.

Finally found out the delay was a missing part.

Response: Sorry about that, Mike. We have made changes to our inventory to prevent this from happening in the future. We appreciate your business!
