We ordered this plaque as a memento of our mission to Italy. It’s absolutely beautiful, and top quality. Customer service was excellent and they completed and shipped quickly. I would use their services again.
I thought it would be much bigger that expected.
The missionary plague that arrived was exactly as we had ordered it. The disappointing thing was that the brass plates were held with double-sided tape and the name plate had fallen off and the location plate was askew. I adjusted the location plate and reattached the name plate, but the name plate kept falling off. I received an email from our Bishop this week who told me that the name plate fell off again and he has it. I've had to go out and purchase tape and will make the repairs myself. Very disappointed.
