I bought the charm necklace as a Mother's Day gift for a friend, and I included a gem charm representing each of her four children's birthstones. She is LDS, and I wanted to give her something meaningful, and after praying about what to get her, and then finding this on the LDSbookstore website, I just knew it was the perfect gift - and she LOVES it. I put the love charm to hang from the necklace chain with the heart, but I attached the birthstone gems to dangle from the heart instead. It looks so pretty! She said it will always remind her that her children are her gems. And they are! They are four of the most precious children I have ever met, and she is such a sweet, beautiful person. It was a joy to give her a gift she will treasure.
