Customer service is the Best! The color I ordered was on back order, so customer service advised me asap and gave me a choice of a different color or wait for the back order. I chose to change colors. The new color does not show the engraving as well, but I’m still happy with the results. Thank you for all your help.

Love the product. Wasn’t totally happy with the font (my bad not theirs), the k looks like an L, I should of done all block letters. Other than that it’s great!
My daughter begins Home MTC this week. She LOVES her personalized mission journal!!! It truly meant a lot to have something special and useful for her birthday this past week, that she will carry with her for the next 18 months.

This journal is an amazing way to commemorate a missionary and the place they serve their mission. We love that there were different colors to choose from and for different fonts as well. The young man we bought this for was so excited when he saw it. I would recommend this journal as a personalized gift for any missionary.

I bought this for my granddaughter for her mission. The color is her favorite and since she is French speaking, I was able to have “Souer” written on it. I know this is something she will cherish forever.
My granddaughter loved the journal! Only thing the journal pages aren't all in English
First of all--the engraving is GORGEOUS. Second of all, things they don't tell you about it: --Stickers for labeling the spine when you archive it later --Two page table of contents --"Return to" page in several languages in case they loose it --TWO place keeping ribbon bookmarks --Spacious but flat-lying pocket in the back to keep little papers in Customer service was iffy and a little frustrating but this journal was SO worth it! I'm not even going on a mission and I'm considering getting one of these swaggified journals for myself with my hometown engraved on it....
