One every mission my hubby and I have been on, we have brought calendars. They have such lovely pictures and can easily be shared. Our last assignment was in a country where we were only allowed to bring in 10 religious items. For us, we brought two calendars, one for the branch president we were assigned to, and the other I laminated the pictures and gave them as Christmas surprise gifts. It was a small branch and I had just enough for one for each family in the branch. Several expressed that they had never had a picture of Christ before and were so pleased to have one on a wall. No one cares if they are last years, either. It is the quality of picture you are purchasing for a very reasonable price. Wish I had a picture. We had one hanging in our apartment, too. The whole calendar.
