The quad itself if beautiful. However, I was disappointed that the daughter’s engravings weren’t filled in. I was pretty sure I paid for them to be filled, and even emailed asking about the engraving being bare. However, I received no response. I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service. Even if I made the error on my part, at least respond back to me.
