Leatherette is a type of simulated leather made for custom engraving. Our classic designs and your personalization won't fade or smudge. Your scriptures are expertly engraved by hand with care by our local team members in Utah. You can add:
- A name on the front cover in the bottom right corner
- A symbol on the spine
- Your monogramed initials on the spine. It will match the name and the engraving font.
- Up to 99 characters of a message, scripture, or quote on the back, placed near the bottom.
You can also upgrade your scriptures by adding ribbon bookmarks. Choose from 12 classic colors. You can add up to two ribbons.
Our leatherette scriptures are made from the softcover scripture editions as printed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It includes the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. It also contains cross-references and footnotes to all the standard works, an index, maps, pictures, and a Church history chronology. It does not include thumb-index tabs on the pages or edge gilding (the gold on the edge of the pages). Overall, this triple measures approximately 5¼″ x 7¼″.
